After a stint as an entertainment lawyer in New York City, Tiffany returned to her hometown, Naples, Florida, for a much-needed breather. During that time she began helping out at her family’s business, The Powerhouse Group, booking entertainment while also studying for the Florida bar exam. By the time the exam was over, she realized working on this side of the entertainment business was a really fun gig and decided to hang up her lawyer hat. With her education and experience in law, Tiffany was an ideal addition, writing contracts and exclusive artist agreements, which ultimately helped The Powerhouse Group build an exclusive roster of bands and represent some of the best talent in the state of Florida.

As the Director of Entertainment for almost 15 years, Tiffany has been an essential part to providing first-class entertainment for corporate events, social events and galas. As part of their services, the company has also produced shows for many headline acts including Kenny Loggins, Sarah McLaughlin, Capital Cities, Kool & The Gang, T-Pain, Third Eyed Blind, Michael McDonald, Rachel Platten, Dionne Warwick, and Foreigner, to name a few. In October 2017, The Powerhouse Group announced it was merging with ECE. Tiffany has worked side-by-side with ECE for many years on various shows and events, making this transition feel like the next natural and exciting step in her career.

Despite absolutely no musical talent, except for her rare but killer (ha!) karaoke rendition of All Night Long, Tiffany has always labeled herself as an avid music lover. As an undergrad student at University of Florida, she became a live music junky and dedicated a big chunk of her early adult life following around jam bands across the country. She still does when time allows.
