ECE provides entertainment for the largest events in the Washington, DC area, including government galas, social fundraisers, inaugural balls and more. One such event was Taste of the South, which raised nearly half a million dollars for the Mercy House. The sold-out black-tie event stayed true to its theme and was indeed a "Roaring Southern Night" as the DAR Constitution Hall erupted with Southern pride. Over 2,000 guests dined on traditional snacks, bid at the silent auction, and danced the night away with music by Coast to Coast.
