In 2014, a prominent international human services company invited 2,000 of its top performers to a fun-filled conference in Washington, DC filled with educational sessions, tours of nation's capital, unexpected concerts, and incredible accolades. ECE had the pleasure of co-designing and providing a variety of entertainment elements that were exciting, interactive, and truly represented the great city of Washington, DC.
- Opening Night welcomed guests to Washington, DC from around North America. The night opened with the exciting music of patriotic drum and fife performers, American Originals, accompanied by speakers from the Smithsonian, which gave attendees a taste of the sights of DC they were about to take in. Guides of DC then loaded the crowds onto tour buses for a unique, private moonlit tour of the Lincoln Memorial, treating them to stories and anecdotes of the history of the region and scene.
- Attendees were party to DC's incredible jazz scene as Greff, Gross and Hones provided upscale jazz for the brunch session the next morning. Duke Ellington with your coffee? Yes, please...
- After a full day of leadership and communication educational sessions, guests were entertained by the high energy, comedic stylings of internationally touring Dueling Pianists. The ballroom was still full at the end of the show, with guests demanding an encore to sing along to as they said their goodnights.
- The final night of the conference brought guests to DC's Air and Space Museum for an incredible awards ceremony. Spirits were high as the evening ended with a two-hour dance party, hosted by DJ Geometrix, after rousing speeches and performances by Los Angeles electric violinists.
