Upon graduating from East Carolina University, Diana moved back to her hometown of Richmond, VA where she began working in the "real world". Shortly after, she teamed up with fellow dancers to co-found an RVA dance organization that produces & participates in local events. In the summer of 2012, Diana was given the opportunity to merge her professional experiences and passion for the arts by joining ECE as an agent & touring consultant for the ECE Touring division.

At ECE, Diana manages performing arts accounts in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Southern California, in addition to university and festival accounts from the Midwest to the West Coast. She loves representing first class acts such as The Second City, Harlem Gospel Choir, The Hunts, Masters of Motown & The Water Coolers - to name a few. Aside from the company's exclusive roster, ECE also affords her the opportunity to work with national musicians, comedians & performers to help bring the most popular & exciting talent to audiences all over the U.S. These days Diana is proud to say that she was able to turn having a "job" in the "real world" into a part of her life that she is excited about waking up to every day.

Diana feels privileged to be a part of the country's largest group of creative organizers and has enjoyed learning about the unique needs of the live entertainment community. It is an amazing perk for her to attend conferences in multiple cities & meet presenters, artists, and agents all over the world who are involved in this incredible industry. While at ECE, she has seen Second City actors join the cast of SNL, an a cappella singer make it into American Idol's top 10, and performing arts clients win Tony awards. Watching both the clients & artists around her continue to grow & reach new heights has been the most rewarding part of her career.
